Manera Heights Apartments is a small family owned and operated business, with both Joanne and Trevor Kratzmann being former Registered Nurses with over 35 years clinical experience between us.
We are still open for business, and are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are ready to respond appropriately.
We are committed to delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our Apartments, Cottages, and public spaces. Additional preventative measures have been put in place, including new cleaning protocols in line with the Australian & NSW Government Health guidelines.

Our reception hours may vary during this period, particularly on weekends and public holidays, but we are on-call 24 hours a day if you need our assistance.
All our staff at Manera Heights Apartments have undertaken Covid-19 Infection Control Training.
We are also keeping our guests and employees safe by employing the following practices;
- Physical Distancing (1.5M).
- More frequent cleaning of public areas, door handles and hand rails.
- Contactless payments.
- More comprehensive cleaning of our apartments.
