Manera Heights Apartments is a small family owned and operated business, with both Joanne and Trevor Kratzmann being former Registered Nurses with over 35 years clinical experience between us.
We are committed to delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our Apartments, Cottages, and public spaces. Additional preventative measures have been put in place, including new cleaning protocols in line with the Australian & NSW Government Health guidelines. Manera Heights Apartments is a certified Covid Safe Business. Our business is complying with any NSW of Federal Health orders or directives when issued. We currently require all guest to complete the Service NSW Covid safe check-in on arrival, you may also be required to wear a mask when entering our reception area and other communal spaces.

Our reception hours may vary during this period, particularly on weekends and public holidays, but we are on-call 24 hours a day if you need our assistance.
