Manera Heights Apartments is committed to reducing our environmental impact and carbon footprint. As part of this process all rooms have been fitted with energy saving LED globes, water conserving shower roses and dual flush toilets. All windows are either double or smart glass, all roof spaces are fully insulated with R3.5 batts. All air conditioning has been replaced with more efficient inverter split systems or ducted Air conditioning. The property currently has a total of 20kw of solar panels, which covers approximately 50% of our electricity energy. All products and services are sourced from socially responsible suppliers, with a preference given to local and regional suppliers and trades.
