Environmental Policy
Manera Heights Apartments is committed to reducing our environmental impact and carbon footprint. As part of our ongoing commitment Manera Heights installed a 5kw solar system in October 2015, reducing our average monthly power consumption by 20%. We have commenced a refurbishment program and are having all apartments fitted with energy saving light globes, water conserving shower roses and dual flush toilets. All air conditioners have been replaced with more efficient inverter split systems Air conditioning. Our goal is to reduce or energy and water consumption per guest night by 5% PA (based on 2015 levels). Manera Heights Apartments is also supports of Earth Hour, Clean Up Australia Day and Soap Aid. 70 % of all paper and cardboard waste is recycled annual, we encourage our guest to use the recycling bins provided to assist us in our endeavours.
